First of all, welcome to my new website. It is still half-done but I decided to publish this as it is already long-overdue. I will explain more about my new website after this post. :)
I got really stoked when my friends and I are planning to go to Ibiza last July. Well, it was supposedly earlier than that but due to some hurdles, it was postponed. Anyway, I have always heard so many great things about the parties in Ibiza and yes, it was all pretty true and crazy! There are multiple of parties to choose from and it last until early in the morning. Crazy isn’t? I was even more happier when I found out that Axwell ^ Ingrosso are playing on a Tuesday night at Ushuaïa because I have never gotten the chance to see them every time they are in Manila. Luckily, I was not only able to see them perform but also had a selfie with Axwell (A self-proclaimed fan girl :P). Moreover, we also went to Pacha to see David Guetta and Robin Schulz. My experience here was absurd! Basically, the night club was not as spacious as the one in Ushuaïa. It was so congested that no one can actually dance anymore and some people are already pushing others just to get their own space. It was really terrifying for me as it can cause a stampede and also, a very well-known DJ like David Guetta should have his set in a capacious night club right? Nevertheless, I had a good time partying and hanging out with friends.
The good thing about our trip is that we did not only went to Ibiza to party but to explore the Island too. We traipsed up to Ibiza Old Town, Dalt Vila and had an amazing panoramic view of the beach. We also visited Formentera, the smallest Balearic island in Spain and known as Ibiza’s chilled-out little sister. The beach was absolutely impressive! I admire its white sandy beaches and the clear turquoise waters. I highly recommend to visit this beautiful Formentera if you are planning a trip in Ibiza. It is just an hour and a half away by boat.
We spent our last day in a relaxing beach club called Amante. It has a heavenly view of one of the loveliest coves on the east coast of Ibiza, Sol D’en Serra Bay. The idyllic backdrop gave us a pleasant afternoon stay whilst enjoying our cocktails and fresh fruits.
